Every organization is obliged to protect its employees, partners, volunteers, supporters and beneficiaries from sexualized violence and exploitation. In order to fulfil these obligations appropriately, organizational structures and processes must be reviewed. This manual will help employees and managers to live up to the responsibility towards those with whom and for whom they work.
