The following questions will help you to implement the learning from the video:

  1. Thinking of your organisation, which of the mentioned elements are already in place? What ideas do you have to introduce them?
  2. Think of a project that you are currently planning or already implementing. Conduct a context analysis and actor mapping for this project.
  3. After your context analysis and actor mapping, conduct a risk assessment for your project.
  4. Now think about risk mitigation strategies for the risks identified for your project.
  5. Write a Standard Operating Procedure about a single practical security topic in your project.
  6. Take your project and think about three security scenarios. Fill out the table from the previous slide.
