We will discuss the following questions:
- What is the current status on localisation in the participating organisations?
- Which expectations on localisation do different NGOs have?
- What are enablers for localisation?
- What are internal and external barriers for localisation?
- How to address them?
The seminar is targeted at staff of German and local/national humanitarian NGOs that are already familiar with the discussion on locally-led humanitarian action and are engaged in institutional change management. We kindly ask German NGO colleagues to forward this invitation to their local and national partner organisations.
