+++WEBINAR+++ "Protection Standards in Humanitarian Assistance"

In the webinar, we will have a closer look at the “Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action” as well as the “Humanitarian Inclusion Standards for older people and people with disabilities” in connection with the “IASC Guidelines on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Humanitarian Action” and their practical implementation in humanitarian project work. After two inputs the participants will have the chance to ask questions. 

Tanja Funkenberg, child rights and child safeguarding officer at terre des hommes and Haakon Spriewald, project coordinator ‘Leave no one behind’, Handicap International also known as Humanity & Inclusion, will give inputs on those standards during the webinar. 

The webinar addresses humanitarian programme managers that have basic knowledge on protection mainstreaming in humanitarian action. Participation is free of charge. The webinar will be in English.
