Many organisations carry out their programmes with partner organisations, and as a result they need to work together for effective safeguarding. For safeguarding measures to be most effective, they must be culturally appropriate and work within the local contexts, while also meeting donor or statutory requirements. Partner organisations are often closely connected to highly marginalised people, and have the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to carry out safeguarding effectively in different and relevant contexts. In this webinar, hosted by Bond and VENRO, you will hear safeguarding practitioners from development NGOs speak about their experiences of working together with partners on safeguarding.
More information on the program is available here.
The webinar is aimed at safeguarding practitioners and project employees from development and humanitarian NGOs.
To join this webinar, please register online until March 25th 2020.
