Working with the Principles for Digital Development

Friday, 27 August 2021, 10.00 am to 12.30 pm (CET), online

With the advent of accessible digital technology more than a decade ago, more and more NGOs in international development seek new ways of including digital tools in their projects and programmes to improve outcomes. The so-called Principles for Digital Development are nine living guidelines to help practitioners integrate established best practices into technology-enabled projects.

In this online workshop we introduce the principles and share lessons learnt from their application in development projects. Participants are invited to discuss their questions, challenges and good practices together with experts of digital development projects. The introductory workshop is for NGO employees involved in project and programme work or innovation.

Please find the agenda below and register online until August 23rd. Participation is free of charge. Log-in details will be sent to registered participants prior to the workshop. As the event is designed to be interactive, the number of participants is limited. We kindly ask for a maximum of two registrations per organisation. The training will be in English.
