Introduction to international safeguarding standards and measures for safer programming
13.,15. & 16. November 2023, Online
Currently all (I)NGOs are reviewing their organizational structures, processes and measures to protect and respond to sexual exploitation, abuse and sexual harassment (PRSEAH) as well as other forms of harm caused by misuse of power by their staff or representatives. (I)NGOs may cooperate with local organisations as partners to implement their programmes and they need to work together to ensure effective safeguarding measures are put in place to reduce harm that may occur and respond appropriately when it does.
