12., 14. & 19. March 2024, Online (Zoom)
Knowledge management should be a natural part of day-to-day work in NGOs, especially in cooperation with partner organisations. The systematic handling of knowledge and experience enables us to learn from successes and mistakes and to work together more effectively in the future.
Content
This training course aims to teach the basics of knowledge management for German NGOs and their partner organisations. Specific opportunities and challenges of knowledge management in partnership-based cooperation will also be addressed.
Key questions
- What are the prerequisites for effectively implementing knowledge management in organisations?
- Which knowledge management steps need to be considered in the project cycle?
- What can be done to capitalize valuable and relevant experiences from staff, share them and make the best possible use of them for development policy work and project management?
- How can I apply what I have learned in my organisation?
- What can we learn from each other?
